Getting started

Well, here goes. If it should seem like I don't know what I am doing it is because I don't know what I am doing. I am brand new at blogging. They say you should write about anything so I am going to write about typing. Most people raise the back of the keyboard when they type. I am going to tell you something that my daughter told me and when it comes to typing she is a whiz. She once took a test and typed for 1 minute. When she was through she had typed 150 words and had 3 mistakes. I type about 60 words a minute and I think I do pretty good considering. When you see my daughter type you can't read as fast as she types, at least I can't. What she does is not raise the back of the keyboard. She raises the front of the keyboard so that her fingers are setting right on the keys and don't have to move anywhere near as far as when the back is raised. It is also easier on the wrists as they are not bent like they are when you raise the back of the board. Try it, you might like it. If you don't you can always go back to the way you were doing it. It does take a bit of practice but once you get it you will know. The reason I am writing this here is because there are probably many out there who type their words by hand and maybe it will make it a bit easier. So much for this time.
